Donna WestVice President, Human Resources

Donna West serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Anchor Insurance Holdings, Inc., and its subsidiary companies: Anchor Property & Casualty Insurance Company and Anchor Specialty Insurance Company.

In this role, Donna is responsible for developing and implementing all Human Resource strategies such as establishing company policies and procedures, department accountabilities, and creating programs to promote employee engagement and development. Donna oversees all HR operations including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, health and welfare benefits, training and development, employee relations and retention, and labor relations.

Donna comes to Anchor with more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, and Benefits Administration working in a variety of diverse industries. Previously, she served as the Human Resources Generalist/Benefits Administrator for ReEnergy Holdings, LLC in Latham, New York, which employed more than 300 team members across multiple facilities in the Northeastern U.S. In her role, Donna was responsible for all areas of human resources including compensation, benefits, staffing and recruiting, organizational development, employee relations and performance management.

Prior to this, Donna held positions in Human Resources, Payroll and Office Management with Galusha & Sons, LLC. in Queensbury, New York and French Mountain Forest Products, Inc. in Lake George, New York. When living in Germany, Donna served as an assistant at the Central Civilian Personnel Office of the Air Force.
